Excess fee

Hi

Please assist i have insured my car with miway and the contract that i signed with them is that i wont have an excess fee, few weeks back i had an accident and i claimed and they only advised that i have an excess fee of R3300 of which i didnt agree with them, and my contract clealy states that i have a 0 % excess, and i have tried to talk to them several time they tomd me that they sent me an email regarding the excess that is gonna be going up of which i have never received that email, i also requested that they must please forward me the mail they have sent but they only sent me a letter, of which they could have typed anytime after the claim,

i would like Hello peter to help me not to pay the excess fee of which was not on agreement.
