I opened an elite bank account with standard bank and from the get go the service has been appalling. they first sent the card to the wrong branch and when I called them to send the card to the branch I had requested they told me it would take 7 day to send the card from Rivonia to Woodmead, I picked up my temporary card and when I did that they told me I would receive the gold card in 3 weeks it's been 3 months and still haven't received anything. I called to find out what's going on and the card had to be ordered when I picked up the temporary card which they still haven't ordered.
