Fantastic all round service

I had a vehicle accident where I was hit from behind & rammed into the vehicle in front of me. Outsurance were fantastic from the word "go", handled everything very professionally, & the "cherry on the top" was that they managed to retrieve my excess from the guilty party & pay it back to me.
