I do not appreciate being seen a by your call centre team witch implied that the debit order from my Nedbank account was reversed in December. There was more than enough moneys to pay your loan. I asked Nedbank to investigate and they also insist that FNB never requested the order. So if someone sleeps on a December holiday do not blame or put a black spot against your clients name for your mistake. You requested my bank statement for proof. I faxed it to your no 011-6492421 given to you by your team.
