POOR SERVICE FALS INFO
Why make payment arrangements if your bank does what ever they what and then, you go in to reverse the payment and you have to fight and still don't get any where with your bank.
NEDBANK has bad customer service and give false info to there clients.
On the 17 Sep 2013 I went o reverse a debit order after a lot of fighting and so on I was told that my debit order might be reversed so I status I want to cancel my account with NEDBANK as I had it. Then at around 17.15 I was called by a Collection Agent with the name Mbali or Bali stating to me over the phone that I will get my refund and that they apologies for the inconvenience, se also said that it will take 7 working days and that the weekend does not count. So to my surprise when I checked if the refund is in my account there was nothing so I called NEDBANK again today at 08.45 and spoke to a agent Victor and he revered the matter to his team leader Victor Khan witch I am still waiting for to call me. This is pathetic and I can't believe this is the service clients get I had it. I want the recording for the day of the 17 Sep 2013 call at 17.15 with Mbail/Bali.
And I want my refund as promised by her.
