Wait 3 weeks to tell me item no longer available

I've ordered a sony 40" tv from their website thinking it's well priced, their website mentioned IN STOCK and DISPACHED in 3 DAYs... 3 weeks later... now they cant get the item anymore as their supplier is suddenly out of stock...

I then phoned them (because they just send you an sms..NOT even a missed call only "we tried to contact you" really??) and asked for a refund... 2 days later and nothing.

It's really not worth the effort in doing business with them. Hopefully I get my money paid back into my account before the end of the year.
