Ordered an item 30 Dec 2013. Item said 8-10 working days for delivery.
I wanted the item for my holiday, so waiting the 8 -10 days was fine.
If you don't have stock, update your website to show "OUT OF STOCK".
Not a difficult thing to program into a website, and clients will know immediately.

I then paid.!?!?!? Expected delivery was now 30 Jan 2014!? 31 days waiting time??? Are you building it or just shipping it?
There goes my plans for using it over the holiday as I started the 20th.

Being reasonable I left it. Stock availability can be made clearer but OK, lets wait this time.

It's now the 35th day of waiting, 4 days after it should have been here, and the courier still says "in transit"!?
No updates from them about it arriving shortly or sorry it's late either.

I don't even know if I want the item anymore and have almost forgotten what it is.
This will be the 1st and last time I use [URL Removed]
