Seems that the Greenback rewards program needs a complete overhaul, where technology progresses and systems improve, the Greenback system seems to be going in reverse. Try booking a Mango Flight using Greenbacks. You need to know the cost of your flight to redeem greenbacks, to do that you go onto the flight booking system which all runs smoothly (while booking flights takes a lot of planning and logistical arrangements to be made). You run through a great booking system where you get to the final stages where you now know the cost of the flight and need to redeem your vouchers, that's where the problem starts you go to the Greenback site to do the necessary, a confirmation order is generated and you are told that your points balance will be updated within 72 hrs. No voucher is created, when you call the help line (Greenbacks are not mentioned in the recorded menu message) and finally get through you are told it will take 72 hrs to create a voucher. Helpful staff at the call center try calling the Greenback office to find at 4.15pm they are closed. When the voucher finally is issued the flights will be full and alternative plans will have to be made. Voyager wins hands down!
