I want to claim back my greenback points. I phone 2 March 2013. I am told that the lines are busy and they will phone me back within 24 / 48hours. I received a phone call on 7 March 2013. I was phoned by first line service (I assume), then I was put through to the greenback service department - where they then asked me a whole lot of questions to identify me - after THEY phoned me. I said why are you asking me all these questions - the front line lady DID NOT tell her they were phoning me. ANYWAY - this Nedbank Greenback STAFF member (i think her name was Lerato) hung up on me - never to call back. I see today my greenback points are at 0. They were at 32000. I phoned to claim back today, they cannot redeem it because it has gone dormant. I need to INCONVENIENCE myself and swipe my card to activate my points. Ridiculous! I phoned to claim back within my time frame of redemption. Nedbanks POOR customer service has made it my problem to fix. The Team Leader fo greenbacks where I just called, just said if I have an issue I can call the complaints department.
I'd like my points redeemed without me swiping.
