Greenbacks cost of shopping

I am about to purchase a Tom Tom Start for 52300 GREENBACK in my account.
If each Greenback is worth R5 then the cost of this GPS is R10, 460 when converted.
Yet in the stores, I can buy it for around R1600... is this correct, seems like a complete rip-off, is this correct?
