Greenbacks?? what a joke!!

I've claimed back my greenback points on wednesday The 15th For makro vouchers. I was told 24-48 hours it will take.. This is a joke!!! E bucks are immediately available and at about anywhere!!! Greenbacks is a waste!!! It's now Sunday The 19th and after a few calls to find out where is the vouchers still nothing!! The last person cut off the call!!! What does Nedbank offer its clients more than fnb or other banks??? Definitely not service!!! Actually nothing!
