Worst insurance ever!!!

I had a small incident with my new C30 Volvo. Scratched the side panel and door by driving into a small wall that was not visible. Claim was approved by First4Woman 22 Nov 2013. Today is the 4th of Feb 2013. No feedback from company no correspondence or call backs when trying to get hold of people. My car was eventually taken to West Rand panel beaters last week Monday. As stated it was a minor incident. A week later my car is believed to have just stood there the entire week, no work was done to it as promised. Shocking service. Worst insurer ever had to deal with. Just being transfered from one person to the next. Two phone calls over 20min long this morning. Just on hold or cut off
