Choosing Hollard insurance as my vehicle insure was the WORST mistake ever. I had an accident mid-July 2013. My car went in for repairs at Auto Magic on Monday, the 22nd July 2013 and was promised that my car will be ready by Friday, 26 July. The panel beater subsequently sent me a message on the following day, saying my car will be ready on 31 July 2013. The 31st came and went with not a word from the insurer nor the panel beater. O the 01st midday, I called the panel beater to check on progress only to be told that my car has not been started on due to the non-arrival of parts and that they are not sure the parts will arrive. I called the insurer and reported what was said by the panel beater and was promised investigation and feedback, but it never came. This non communication from the service providers is still continuing today, keep on calling and complaining and I keep being fed the same story: That they will investigate and come back to me, which they never do. I eventually took my car as it was an inconvenience not to have it. The date today is 21 October 2013; its been 3 months & 2 weeks, I am still told that the panel beaterd does not have all the parts yet.
