No Feedback and hung up the phone

I was involved in accident on the Thursday 28/03/2013. The towing team came to tow the car from my home on the 03/04/2013 (because it was a long weekend), till date I have not received my car back. I have been liaising with Sindi from Budget Insurance. The last time I spoke to her was on the 03rd May 2013 at 08:37 (after I called her). I have tried to call her several times for feedback from Proline Panelbeaters and to date she has not returned my calls. I called her again today 31/05/2013 at 15:36 because I could not get hold of the Proline Panel beaters as I needed to understand what was happening as I was promised that I will get my car early this week. I was advised that she was busy on a call, after 26 minutes waiting for Sindi the consultant hung up the phone. Two hours later still no call from Sindi neither feedback from Proline Panel Beaters. I am very disappointed on the service I am getting from Budget Insurance.
