INCOMPETENT AND ARROGANT BANKING STAFF

Standard bank are incompetent and do not have the ability to resolve issues. This is the fourth time i am loading a complaint in regards to my issues in the past couple of months and i still have not had any resolution to my problem. They have no idea of customer service and customer retention.
