This is the second time I am logging a complaint here about Virgin Insurance over the SAME claim.

I did get a response to the last report where I was told we took long to process your claim because we wanted to make sure that you weren't travelling to see clients. What I understand from this, "We took this long because we wanted to find a way not to pay out. We are happy to take your money not to give it back."

I was in an accident on the 14th of October 2013. Today I got a phone call: "your car is in assembly and that the panel beaters are pushing because they close next week. So you should have your car by the end of the week."

Great, no wait woooah stop, so heaven forbid the panel beaters for some reason cannot finish this week does that mean i will only get my car next year???

So in summary, I am stuck without a car for just short of two months, because a greedy corporate is trying to find ways not to pay. Yes the panel beaters needed to get parts but this is part of the repair process. This I am more than willing to understand.

Just a side note, when I tell people I am still without a car they start laughing at me...
