In November we were charged for a cheque book that was ordered and not collected. Today the 8th Jan, I called the relationship manager and his assistant- Both phones not answered, so I called Biz line number to find out if the cheque book is ready for collection, I was told that as the FM, I am not on the system. Surprisingly I can check all info for the company credit card, am registered for online banking, and have been transacting with the bank for the past 3 yrs. Today I was told by Mike - team leader for business banking that my details do not appear. This is really frustrating as we need to use the cheque book and I will need to confirm that it is ready for collection before one of the signatories can collect. To top it all, I have been on the phone trying to be connected to the reception at Sunninghill branch buy the 0860123000, but no one is picking up the phone! Are different systems used in standard bank? and what is the point of having a relationship manager if you cant get hold of him, What is the point of a business call centre is they cant help you " move the business forward'???
