Poor customer service and unfair company policy

My account was debited twice for R1000 each to the credit department and an arrangement was made for the account. after querying this the credit department promptly told me that they can take any amount they feel like it even if the account is more than up to date with payments and they will not refund the money hence leaving myself out of pocket for the holidays. this is extremely unfair and poor customer service and i am moving banks asap.
