FUNERAL COVER ..THAT DOES NOT COVER!

I am a client of Standard Bank and I had taken out two Funeral Covers, one for me and my 2 children and one for my uncle who is now late. The 25.09.2013 proved me otherwise while I was in state of distress with my uncles passing, I was told at Bridge City that my uncle was the main member and I was the beneficiary, my uncle is unemployed, and the bank uses my account for both debits, I was told to call the Funeral Policy call center, which i did, i spoke to Blessing who was not much help.

Standard Bank let me down big time as I had to make other costly arrangements for a situation where I thought it was paid for and taken care of.
I was told by the Bridge City branch that I must come after 14 days, last Friday i went there as I was told to bring copies of beneficiary again, now i am confused as to where and how am I going to get justice.

I am heartbroken and disappointed.
