I am handling this claim on behalf of my mom and dad. We had problems with the previous claim's feedback as well, and the only way I got results was to log a complaint on HelloPeter. Laurell Billings immediately assisted and the claim was paid out.
I submitted a new claim by e-mail on 2013/12/31 at 09:31, which was opened by you at 09:45.
I again sent a mail on 2014/01/03 at 12:20 to request receipt of the claim and progress feedback. The mail was opened by you at 12:30.
I now phoned the claims telephone number, and spoke to Patrick. He says he cannot find such a claim.
Please could you urgently assist?
