I SUBMITTED MY HOSPITAL CASH BACK CLAIM ON THE 29/10/2013 WITH ALL THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS ATTACHED TO MY E-MAIL.
I THEN PHONED IN A DAY OR @ LATER TO FIND OUT IF THEY RECEIVED MY CLAIM ALONG WITH ALL THE DOCUMENTS NEEDED, AS THEY DO NOT CONFIRM RECEIPT OF YOUR E-MAIL AFTER YOU SEND IT OFF.
THEY CONFIRM THAT EVERYTHING IS 100% AND THAT THE CLAIM WAS SENT OFF TO THE ACCESSORS.
THIS WEEK I PHONED AGAIN TO AGAIN & THEY TOLD ME THAT THE CLAIM WILL PROBABLY PAY OUT TODAY (FRIDAY). LOGGED IN A COMPLAINT THAT MY MONEY HAS NOT YET BEEN PAID TO ME WITH LADY NAMED FAHEEDA WHO DEALS WITH THE COMPLAINS. IT IS NOW 1:22 & STILL NOW FEEDBACK FROM HER EITHER... EVERYTIME IS SUBMIT A CLAIM I GET SERVICE LIKE THIS... WHY ARE THEY NOT DOING THEIR WORK??? wHY IS THIS CLAIM TAKING 14 WORKING DAY ALREADY???
