I am handling this claim on behalf of my mom and dad. We had problems with the previous claims' feedback as well, and the only way I got results was to log complaints on HelloPeter.
I submitted a new claim by e-mail on 2014/01/22 at 10:26, which was opened by you at 10:30.
I now phoned the claims telephone number to enquire about progress feedback. I've spoken to Nthabiseng Motloung. She again could not find such a claim on the system.
Please could you urgently assist?
