I lodge a claim on the 14th of November 2013. I phoned and received a claim number on the day. They said if I don't get any feedback in 48 hours regarding my claim I must phone 0860 302 011. I phoned on the 19th of November to find out what is going on - just get a voice recording saying all consultants are busy - hold on. I tried again but after holding for longer than half hour and thought something must be wrong. Up to today I cant get hold of anyone on that number - I tried once everyday. I found an e-mail from a previous claim and started e-mailing the lady (first mail sent on the 21st of November) but also no responds.

I find it extremely frustrating because I pay my insurance but when I need to claim I need to beg for help. It is almost December. Companies are closing. that means that if I am going to wait till NEXT YEAR to get my claim sorted. I even started getting quotes to fix the damage. I am not willing to pay for it because why do I pay insurance then
