No feedback/response on claim after 3weeks

I have a claim being processed with Santam, it was given to Mr Nene. Who requested that I provide documentation for which I did. I sent an e-mail requesting feedback 3 weeks ago for which I have not received any feedback. I have tried to call but the phone just rings with no answer. I sent another e-mail this morning, for which I have not received any feedback even now. This is not acceptable, as by now I believe my claim should be settled. My claim number is 164160319. Any assistance in this regard will be highly appreciated.
