No progress/feedback on claim number 2474648

I submitted a claim on the 5th November 2013 for a tree that fell over and needs to be removed. The next day a contractor came by and took some photos. Since then there has been no feedback or progress on the claim. I call the claims call centre 0860302011 every day just to get the message "all our consultants are unavailable, please stay on the line". Eventually I called a number on a letter I received recently 086 010 0876 and asked to speak to the claims manager. I was given 3 telephone numbers 0115018602, 0115018517 and 0115018513 which I called at least 3 times already this morning but no answer. The handling of this claim is totally unacceptable.
