Listen to my call recording to Karabo today (03/01/2014)
How does this person qualify to be working with clients? The questions she asks? The responses she gives to my questions? No matter what I ask or say, she just does her own thing!! I ask for bank details please, and she responds with - What's your policy number. I ask for a senior person to call me regarding our conversation and she asks, what difference is that going to make? I ask 3 different times why my policy is going to cancel, and i get three different answers every time. THIS PERSON CANNOT BE FAIS Compliant and should i not receive a call from a Senior person before end today - The Ombud will have to investigate this call & level of service i received - Cause it is Stupidly Insane & actually just plain shocking!!!

This is not how I know Mutual & Federal - Karabo is letting you down while she sounds like she is sleeping at her desk by the way! Her attitude stinks, her tone of voice is so discouraging and its a unpleasant experience just having a conversation with her, never mind the detail of our conversation!
