Mutual and Federal's Claims Loss Ratio

Hello Peter

I have just been contacted by an agent informing me that my Mutual and Federal insurance policies will be cancelled due to Claims Loss Ratio. As of the 1st of August i will need to have alternative insurance policies.

My questions are as follows:
1. Why did Mutual and Federal not contact me personally?
2. Whose problem is it that the Claims Loss Ratio is high?
3. Had they contacted me chances are we would have negotiated a new policy.

I would have asked these questions directly to them but they did not contact me, so i had no choice but resort to alternative avenues.
