One of your policy holder from Mutual and Federal was the cause of an accident with me. I submitted a claim against this person, as my motorcycle was damaged due to her incompeteant driving. I contacted Mutual and Federal this morning and provided the refrence number emailed to me after submitting a complete and detailed report to the claims department. I was on the phone for half an hour going from one "I don't know" to the next "I don't know"! The refrence number provided is 21256466 and the policy number for your client is 21665186. The date of the email is 31 May 2013. Will this matter receive attention!
