I posted a complaint against Mutual & Federa in March. The matter was being investigated and i was promised a phone call back instead i received a mail from mutual & federal lawyers acting on behalf of mutual & federal.
Megan Jordan also sent a mail acknowledging my mail on the 07th March. And i also received a call from someone from Mutual & Federal with a promise to get back to me. What i need an explanation on is why this process has taken so long to get resolved, and why Mutual & Federal did not contact me to try and recover their monies and referred the matter to their lawyers without having made any contact with me. who will be liable for the lawyer fees?
the person who did phone me from mutual and federal blamed all the delay on the insurance company i used to be insured with and that it was not their responsibility to contact me - i am totally confused by their procedures and would really appreciate this matter solved (if anyone is bothered to get back to me)
