Sold two policies

I had a mutual and federal policy through standard bank, i then got a call that mutual and federal is no longer in partnership with standard bank and they can sell me a stansure policy. i was promised that they will cancel the mutual and federal one and get the stansure to be active on the first of november . now i m sitting with two policies. i m really disapointed as i dont afford that as well
