Frustrating, Going nowhere fast

Hi

About a month ago my Game and RCS card was blocked. I proceeded to contact the call centre: 0861 729 727 only to find out that I've been checking my balances on a different mobile number to what was saved on the system. I've always used the same number so I couldn't' understand... Anyway I then asked for the agent to update the system with my "new" mobile number and to unlock both accounts...

I waited 3 days and attempted to check my balances again, but I still could not - In my mind, nothing was done here so I decided to call again

For the second time I was assured that my accounts are now unlocked and that I could use them immediately...

Finally my Game card was usable... Another 2 Days past so I decided to check my RCS Card balance again. I almost fainted when I got a message that my account is now suspended even though I've not used it in months and I've been paying like a good boy...

Now I'm told that I have to call again... I am not willing to do this as I've been patient enough and I've wasted enough airtime already.

I expect a call from RCS and I expect this problem to be resolved with minimal input from my side.

Please get it together guys!
