Last year I went to the Newcastle CNA at the mall to look for a Xbox game, Madden 13. The game wasn't in stock. I then asked the lady, who I believe is the manager, if the game was coming to the Newcastle store and she said she doesn't expect it but she can order it for me. So we went on the CNA system to order the game, we found it on the system and she then sent an email on the system for the game to be delivered. I asked when I can expect the game and she told me about 1 week would do it. I then left my contact details with the lady and left. A week later I didn't receive any call from the lady, so I decided to go check what's going on. When I arrived the lady didn't even seem to remember my order or what i was looking for. So I reminded her about my game and she just said it hadn't arrived, I asked why and she just said the game wasn't delivered. I went a couple more times to check on the game and it just never arrived. After a Lil while I realized that it was never going to come so I went somewhere else to purchase the game. Very disappointed by your store and the service I received there. The fact that I didn't even get a response for my order is ridiculous!
