I went to Game in town around lunch time. Only 2 tills where open. After a long queue I am told that my game card is blocked and needs authorisation. the floor manager who is clearly swamped with trying to please all the customers calls the head office and a Susan answers the call. I ask why is my card blocked and i am informed that last year July i made a big purchase and they called to confirm if I'm the owner of the card making a purchase and i failed to answer the call so they blocked my card. Ok so I did not pick up my phone but i was able to leave with the goods? why was I not informed that they blocked my card. Susan (rude) asked me if I did not see a Private number calling. How would I remember things from July and if i had a missed call from a private number how should i know who called? then she says to me if I cant remember the private number how would I remember getting an sms about the blocked card. I think I would remember hat kind of sms and would not have wasted my time shopping knowing my card is blocked.
Susan was very rude and did not remedy the situation instead she placed me on hold and passed me to someone else who just said sorry! 'm a CUSTOMER!
