A couple of months ago, I realised that my original internet 5 promo contract wasn't enough so I decided that I wanted to add midnight surfer. I called and spoke to a call centre agent and asked if it was possible. She said it was. I asked if she could do it for me and she said she would with no hassle at all. After a long hold period, she came back to me expressing apologies and telling me that the system was down. I called again another day, this time they told me that they couldn't add it cause my account was blocked which was strange because my account was paid out in full and I was still getting my standard 10 gigabytes per month. She said it must be some sort of mistake because when you check on the system initially, it states my account is fine but you cant make any changes on that side. Since then I have logged four cases, no one has called me and I have received no notifications about the cases. Every time I call in I find myself logging a new case. The technical staff just seems incompetent, . Each call centre agent promises me that it will be resolved with each log. No one seems to be doing anything but making empty promises. I've wasted so much airtime on this issue
