Every time I make a purchase my GAME card is declined. Every single time they have to phone the call centre to unblock the card. Every single time the call centre agent wants to speak to me to confirm my postal adress. Every single time I give them my postal adress!!! According to GAME, my account is marked by their system as "returned mail", hence the block on the account. I have done some checks and balances myself to verify the "excuses". Some say if the purchase is high, the card is block .. I don't agree, I waited at one of the tllls and watched other customers purchased items with a higher value than mine with their card and it went through. The other excuse is that they have to phone every client to make sure they are in the store before they can approve the purchase. The other excuse, "it is because there is a point after "P.O. Box ..."The system is very sensitive to a point in the address line and hence the reason why I don't receive statements. I wish that someone can phone so that I can share ALL the humiliation I had to go through with every purchase. yesterday, I was laughed at by the call centre agent, then he phoned to phone me to confirm if i am in the store.
