21 Days No Delivery and NO ANSWERS!!!

I placed an order on UCount website on 5 December, it was dispatched on 6 December. Today is 27 December and I have yet to receive the product.

No one can tell me what is happening. Your poor call center consultant (Steven) has tried, but all his supervisors tell him is "we cant say anything until the courier responds to their e-mails"

So he cant do anything to help. another consultant put me on hold for 30 minutes after she gave me a number for the courier that does not exist (The number that is.)

3 E-mails i sent only got an automated response and then nothing.

I pay for this rewards service but the first time I order, i get treated like this. Seems I should just Close my account with Standard bank entirely as of the new year, as i have no time to stress about your lack of service.

I WANT THE PRODUCT I ORDERED, SO THAT I CAN CUT ALL TIES WITH THIS INSTITUTION.
