UCOUNT ASSISTANCE IS PATHETIC

Since June 2013 that I've registered with UCount, the rewards programme of Standard bank, I've been struggling. First I waited months to receive our card after complaining on the website. Poor assistance!!!
Since we've registered we couldn't benefit with this card. My cellphone number has changed and after being at the Nearest branch (as requested on their website) to fix this, it still hasn't been done. After 10 calls today on my account to the Ucount departement I'm really frustrated.
I've been a Standard bank user for many years, and this is so disappointing!!! I will not recommend this service to any standard bank user, it is more frustrating than anything else. Maybe the rewards program at another bank will be more sattisfying.
