THEY WERE HAPPY TAKING MY PREMIUS NOW COVer me

I write this email as a very concerned consumer. I took out business insurance with Alexander Forbes 2013- March for my business Monageng Butchery. So as a consumer the lady who came and filled out everything did an inspection of the shop Tumelo Makgotla she told us everything was okay and that everything would be covered. i covered the company vehicle the stock the equipment. then now in mid December my display fridge broke down and i was left stranded i called my insurance company. I called tumelo Makgotla who promised to submit the claim. now its towards the end of December the only thing I heard from Ms. Makgotla is that i wont be covered with no further explanation.

i don't understand what equipment they cover if am told that my display fridge which is an integral part of my business is not covered, so should all my fridges stop today obviously i would be told the same thing, now i ask myself actually what am i covered for.

am not a happy individual at the moment.
what have i been paying for all this time?
