Dispatch in 2 days, delivery in 10

I have opened my UCount with Standard Bank and bought an item on the site. It shows as being dispatched within 2 days. After caliing the call centre I was told that I will only receive the item within 10 days from dispatching.

This is absolutely nonsense, the client does not care when it is dispatched but rather how long it will take to be delivered. This should be changed on the website to indicate delivery time.

Oh and whenever you order the UCount card it will take 21 days to deliver!!! Really 21 days in this day and age??
