Incorrect debiting of account / No response to com

Mid-November I received a text saying that my regular loan repayment debit order would be done on the 13/12/2013. This is a week prior to when I normally have the direct debit done. I contacted the call centre and explained due to financial restraints I would not be able to pay this amount on the 13/12/2013. I was assured by the call centre agent that it would be changed back to the 20/12/2013. Thus when I checked my balance on the 15/12/2013 I was more than a little annoyed to find that my account had been debited on the 13/12/2013. Leaving me with a nil balance. Not an acceptable situation when one has 2 small children to feed. I immediately sent a complaint email. On the Tuesday 17/12/2013 shortly after 8am I called the complaints dept. i was issued a ref no and assured a manager would call me within the day. Well by this Morning, Thurs 19/12/2013, I still hadnt heard anything I again called and quote ref no. Well still no response. Disgusting service!!! As soon as I am on leave I will be going to FNB and moving all my accounts. As someone who has been loyal to Nedbank, despite horrific charges, I am very disappointed.
