ILLEGAL DEBIT ORDER AND NO ONE IS RESPONDING

On the 25 November I called MiWay to add my cellphone on insurance, I did that and was told to pay the pro-rata amount. I advised the lady that they always debit the pro-rata amount with the debit order. I went through to a manager and she confirmed eventually that I will be debited on the 20 December 2013 with the instalment and the pro-rata amount. Then on 26 November 2013 you debited my account with R98.29, so there were not enough funds in the account as I was not aware of the debit order going through. On the 27 November 2013. Now the debit order returned and I was charged R90. Unpaid charges and R6.50 for debit order fee. I want the refund of R96.50 back into my account as I have sent my statement to [Email Removed] -- This is now ridiculous service, first no one called back after i left two messages on two different days and no one is responding regarding my complaint either. I am sick of you guys debiting the way you want to debit my account. I want the so called manager to rectify her problem. I am looking at moving my insurance and this is getting ridiculous. I have always complimented you guys but now things are getting bad. Please get this fixed today..
