Double debited without my permission

I am so disappointed with Nedbank. their after sales service leaves a lot to be desired. I have been a faithful customer who has paid my loan dutifully and yet when I need help, Nedbank is not the one that will help.
I called Nedbank in October to explain that I had a financial situation and could not meet the full debit order amount. we came up with an agreement for Oct and Nov - the full amount was debited in Oct :-( the difference was then reversed. I was told by the consultant (recorded calls) that in December the situation would be assessed. after many calls etc the full amount was deducted in Dec 2013. I then had to stop the debit order with FNB (who I bank with) after having stopped it twice, I wake up this morning to find half my salary gone as Nedbank has DOUBLE DEBITED THE FULL LOAN DEBIT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!! I am shocked and appalled! I called in to your call centre who cannot help at all and FNB say that I am within my rights to claim back that money as it was unauthorized.
what's more shocking is that I spoke to a lady from Nedbank yesterday and told I would call in on Monday to arrange a payment for Jan and will settle the areas. Nedbank you are terrible!!!
