When I thought everything went well this year. Bam we've been hit by Hail on the 28 November 2013. My husband lodge a claim on Friday with Absa after being transferredholding for more that 3hours "What a service so much on relying to ABSA today, tomorrow, together". The call centre from that department they're very rude and they transfer a phone without hearing what the customer want. So my husband was given a claim no: 2492114 after a long battle and his was told they will send Roller shuttle Company for assessment which they came last week Sunday. The damage in my house its huge and we temporarily sleep at the Garage with my Kids this is really absurd, I have moved part of the furniture at the Garage and thanks Outsurrance they have collected part of the appliances and left with few stuff that I'm going to claim from ABSA for delaying the process and damage. No one has been in my house we called and left message no response from ABSA. Yesterday and Today my house its like a swimming pool we always sweep the water out and mob it that's our daily routing. Hello Peter will please escalate this for a customer whose in dire straits with no help from we're approaching Xmas.
