I registered my claim in December last year for hail damage on my house. The absa contractor came to my house in December to make a quote that he submitted to Absa in December. I started making a follow-up with Absa from the 6th of January. I have spoken to Takalani who said John Dore people will come and fix my flooring and that PG Glass will come and put in windows for us up to today no has come to attend to our damages. I have spoken to Tshepo, Thabiso, Hector, Mizi and none of them can assist me. I am now siiting with in a house thats getting more damages as its been raining so much. I have written an email to Alsabe and I have also phoned her as they told she is their manager and still I cannot get help. I phoned Natasha as well on 011 507 8508 and no one picks up that phone. Its now the 2nd month ever since I registered this claim. I desperstely need help because we sleep in a house with open windows and when it rains we have to put buckets all over the house.
