Impossible to contact ABSA home owners insurance

My name is Erich Vermaak. I have a home owner's insurance policy with ABSA which they gave me with my bond. My house was severy damaged in the hail storms last week. Since Thursday morning I have been trying to contact ABSA Insurance without success.
I have logged my claim online on the morning of Friday, 29 November. I have had no feedback from ABSA Insurance. I have spent almost four hours waiting on the phone to try and take the process further without success. I have also emailed the claim details with no reply.
Whilst typing this complaint a call center consultant finally picked up the phone but then acted as if she could not hear me so cut the call, this after holding for more than an hour.
The house has suffered severe hail damage and the place is falling apart. The tenant will probably move out soon because of this. If I cannot get an assessor out soon my holiday will probably also have to be cancelled as well.
This is the last time I use any service from the ABSA group. Once this house is sold it is over.
