The last phone call I made to MFC was last year to enquire about a settle amount and also the residual. The person on the end insisted there is no residual, however much I insisted there is. 12.12.13 I got an sms from them saying a balloon payment is due 01.01.14. When I enquired about this Buelah went on to mention what my contract says. I was not disputing the balloon payment as I know what my contract states. I was mentioning the colleague who hands out false information and asking what the amount of the payment. Then I finally dealt with Mathilda who also want to explain what the contract says. Again, I was not disputing the payment. When i asked mathilda about further paperwork she said there is none. I asked if she can changed the debit order date. She said yes without informing me about the increase of payment that will accompany that. Also she attached a form i have to sign for commencement of refinance. When someone says no paperwork, I expect no paper work even if the paper work is just one page. Dont hand out false information and withold information.
