Adding balloon payments of 83%

Im trying to sort out my account with MFC

They added baloon paymennt to my account. If requested my contract more than a month ago. Still waiting for it but i have to pay everymonth?

Also received someone elses contract? How is this possible? Is there no confidentiality? I really think i should contact that person And inform that i received it. Wonder how safe my details are with them or are they randomly sending out contracts as a game? Seeing that they cant sort their work and a counts out. Btw my balloon payment is in excess of 80%

Please can someone sort this out???
