JM Attorneys blackmailing me into paying

I had an cellphone contract with Kagisano in 2007 up until 2009 when the contract expired. In September 2012 i recieved a letter from JM Attorneys advising me to contact them or be black listed, i duly phoned them &was told that my contract had not been cancelled & that i am responsible for payment but when i told them that i went to the Kagisano office they had closed their doors i was told that the company had been sold & JM was representing the new company. I asked for paper work & where i have been notified of change of company & responsible for payment i was met with harsh words & threatend to be blacklisted if i dont pay. i agreed to pay (under duress) as i am in a finacial position at work & cant afford to be blacklisted, every time I request the paperwork it ends up in a screaming match with me &the collector & me putting the phone down in their ear. To date i have still not got paperwork from them & yet i still get threatend that i must sign a debit order, pay more or get blacklisted, JM Attorneys are very unhelpful & extremly rude. I have been in the same house since 2002 so any paper work should have reached me there.
