STILL NO ALLOCATION???

I have paid my RCS card almost a month ago, there was a mess up with that bank's reference, I then sent a proof of payment to RCS and I was told by the call centre that the mail has been picked up and will be allocated within 7 days, after 7 days I then lodged a complaint with Hello peter and I was told the problem will be sorted out? I now receive messages saying my account is overdue?? and the funds still have not been allocated and I have been charged interest on the overdue account? how can it be overdue when I paid on the 26 of November already??? This needs to be corrected by the end of the day as well as the interest reversed I will be lodging a formal enquiry and complaint with the NCA as well as the Consumer protection as this is completely unacceptable from a financial institution. Please Urgently Assist!!
