Hyundai South Africa
NON DISCLOSURE OF BALOON PAYMENT IN THE CONTRACT

Miscellaneous

Good Day
On the 31st of December 2013 i went to sign a contract to get my new i20 only to find that the installment was not what was agreed upon with the sales person (Ronel). they insisted i sign the contract because they were closing the books on that day and that they will review the installment and i should come back on 02/01/2014. i went there on the 2nd, only to find that i was given the wrong car, the installment was reduced, but they did not inform me about a residual. i sent complaints to them saying that they should give me back the car i traded in or waive the residual because i was not informed about the residual. Ronel even told me that there is nothing to be done i have already signed the contract even when i was not informed. To date, i still have not received any feedback nor my lisence disc and number plate.
i would like to have my traded car back or they should waive the residual. When you work in sales you should be transparent and not people to buy your product, and now they denying knowing exactly that the residual amount was not explained. I'm not a happy client and i do not want to have any dealings with Hyndai.
Please help me put this matter to rest
